Sergio Estrada-USA TODAY Sport
NFL free agency has begun.
Kind of.
The league’s legal manipulation window is open, meaning teams can begin negotiations for free agents starting midday Monday. Technological advances appear to have made these negotiations quite useful as there is brisk activity right at the start of the window each year.
Surely it’s the technology and not the fact that the entire NFL world was in Indianapolis just a week ago.
But we digress. While the deals may not become official until Wednesday afternoon when the league year begins, meaning things could technically change, we’ll learn more about each NFL team and their rosters for next season over the course of the next few days.
We’ll be tracking key moves throughout the week.
