Apple launches Shop with a specialist via video
Customers in the US can now video-connect an Apple specialist to buy the iPhone range, including the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus, which are available today in an all-new yellow color
CUPERTINO, CALIFORNIA Apple today launched Shop with a Specialist over Video, a new live shopping experience on apple.com for customers in the United States. Shop with a Specialist over Video securely and one-way connects customers looking to buy an iPhone with a member of the retail team through a video shopping session. With this new service, customers can browse the latest models, explore new features, and learn about Apple Trade In deals, carrier deals, moving to iOS, and various financing options.
“We’re constantly innovating to offer our customers an even more personalized experience and meeting them where we want them to deliver the best of Apple,” said Karen Rasmussen, Apple’s head of Retail Online. “With Shop with a Specialist over Video, our team members look forward to connecting with customers and providing exceptional service while learning which iPhone best suits them.”
Improving the shopping experience for customers
Customers can visit apple.com/shop/buy-iphone and with just a few clicks, they can instantly connect with an Apple specialist for superior service and expert advice on choosing the best iPhone model. Once connected, customers can compare features, colors, sizes and find the best deal through the Apple Trade In program or their carrier.

Shop with a Specialist over Video is available to US customers daily from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. PT at apple.com/shop/buy-iphone. During the session, an Apple team member will be in front of the camera and will be sharing their screen, but they won’t be able to see the customer. If customers find that a session is unavailable or accesses the site outside of business hours, they can contact a specialist 24/7 by phone or chat.
